崗位職責

1. secretary - director/manager

2. manages multiple projects simultaneously.

3. coordinates phone inquiries and messages for designated department(s), functional area(s) and/or manager(s).

4. creates travel schedules, including travel reservations and/or accommodations; assists with travel

5. arrangements and accommodations for guests; coordinates conference room schedules; monitors.

6. establishes, maintains, manages and monitors hard copy and/or electronic files (e.g. reports, forms, complaints, quarterly updates, etc.).

7. assistant in consultant management, including but not limited to, agreement signing, payment processing, etc.

8. work flexible schedules.

9. other tasks assigned by director and senior managers.
